Today’s reading Exodus 29-30

Exodus 29:45-46 And I will dwell among the children of Israel, and will be their God. 46 And they shall know that I am the LORD their God, that brought them forth out of the land of Egypt, that I may dwell among them: I am the LORD their God.

What a God, unlike any false god ever because He dwells with His people. I love the clear teaching that can easily be seen repeated in other ways in the New Testament.

We are in dwelt by the Holy Spirit. Right now He dwells not only with us but in us!

He is our God. We know that He is the One that brought us out of sin and saved us. He saved us that He might dwell with us! He makes it clear that He is our God.

I want to deepen my relationship with Him. He does live in me. I can easily know that truth without focusing on Him or loving Him like I should. I want to have a more intimate relationship with our God.

I want to express my love for Him more and more. He is all that He should be. He does love me and expresses that quite clearly. I am not at all worried about that side of the equation.

I do know that I can have a lazy attitude towards Him that borders on taking advantage of His love and grace. I want to respond correctly. I want to express my love.

He dwells in me. He is my God. I want to revel in the fact. I want to make it clear to Him and all that I love Jesus!
