Colossians 4:12 Epaphras, who is one of you, a servant of Christ, saluteth you, always labouring fervently for you in prayers, that ye may stand perfect and complete in all the will of God.

Many think that prayer is the least that they can do. We try to find all the things that are work to do in the church and we do not consider prayer to be such a vital ministry.

It is interesting here that Paul notes that Epaphras labors fervently in prayer. He even tells us what he prays about; that they would be perfect or mature that they would be an integral person or complete in the will of God.

He calls it laboring. It is work to pray. Could God use you to pray for your church, the pastor, the church members, all the countries around the world that do not have a laborer? Could God use you to cause people to be saved in your church and others? Have you considered really praying for people and their needs.

Pray more for spiritual needs than you do for physical needs. Follow the example of Epaphras and be used of God in a very special way.
